Get an instant quote

Answer eight questions and get a fixed price for your project in about two minutes — no obligation, no negotiation needed.

The price is calculated from the same matrix we use for every client: the scope you describe, the complexity of the data, the languages you need, how soon you need it and the kind of organisation you are. Founding clients currently get a launch discount of 50% on the standard price. Projects up to US$3,000 can be paid immediately by card or mobile money; larger or on-site projects are confirmed in a short call first. If you would rather talk before anything else, book a discovery call.

1 · About you

So we can address the quote to you. Nothing here changes the price except the organisation type.

Leave blank if you are asking as an individual or a student.
This sets the rate band. International organisations pay the full rate; ministries, national NGOs, small local organisations and students pay progressively less. Student and individual rates are offered in good faith — we may ask for proof of enrolment or status before work starts.

2 · What you need

Pick the service that best matches the work. The "unit" is how we measure the size of the job — the guide below shows what one unit means for each service.

What counts as one unit?

  • Data quality / cleaning — 1 unit = one database or dataset (e.g. a line list, a DHIS2 export, an Excel register).
  • Automated reporting system — 1 unit = one report template (e.g. a weekly bulletin, a monthly report and a donor report = 3 units).
  • Dashboard — 1 unit = a block of up to 10 indicators (a 25-indicator dashboard = 3 units).
  • Outbreak / surveillance analysis — 1 unit = one dataset analysed and reported.
  • Survey — 1 unit = one questionnaire module (e.g. household, WASH, nutrition, vaccination = 4 units).
  • KoboToolbox system — 1 unit = one form (e.g. case investigation + contact tracing + alert triage = 3 units).
  • Training — 1 unit = one day of training delivered.
  • HIS / M&E framework — 1 unit = a block of up to 10 indicators.
  • Document review / writing — 1 unit = a block of up to 10 pages.
  • Advisory — 1 unit = one consultant-day.

Not sure? Enter 1 and describe the project in the last box — the price can be adjusted after a short call.

Example: for "a monthly epidemiological bulletin produced automatically", choose Automated reporting system.
A whole number, 1 or more. Example: 3 report templates, 2 blocks of indicators, 5 training days. See the guide above.
Example: a dashboard AND a training day on it — put the training here. Leave blank if there is only one service.
Only if you chose a second service; otherwise leave 1.

3 · How it should be delivered

These answers adjust the price up or down. When in doubt choose the middle option; we confirm everything before work starts.

Standard: one clean data source. Moderate: two or three sources or some cleaning. High: many sources, heavy cleaning, or methods still to be designed.
Bilingual means every deliverable (report, dashboard labels, slides) is produced in both languages.
Standard: we agree the timeline together. Priority: you need it in under half the usual time. Rush: under two weeks, or evenings and weekends.
Field missions are confirmed in a call first — travel and per diem are added at cost.
Anything that helps us scope it: data sources, tools already in use, deadlines, who the users are.

How the price works

  • Fixed, in writing. The figure you see is the price you pay — it includes two revision rounds and 30 days of post-delivery support. Only travel and pass-through expenses, if any, are added at cost.
  • Not sure about the scope? Put your best guess and describe the project in the last box. After a short call the amount can be adjusted; your payment link stays the same.
  • Payment. Visa, Mastercard, Orange Money, MTN MoMo, Moov Money and Wave, processed by Paystack. Prices are charged in XOF (CFA francs); the US-dollar figure is an approximation.
